CERTIFY.ME PORTAL RELEASE NOTES

Release 20.3.41-April 22 2021

NEW FEATURES

  1. Member Type assignment for Users to restrict them to view Members and data by Member Types.
  2. MyPassID:
    1. Enable MyPassID: This option is under Accounts. If admin selects this option, the members associated with portal and MyPassID will start seeing their MyPassID card view for registration.
  3. Access for ‘Manage Subscription’ screen for Super Admin: Super admin can see the subscription details of any institution from Manage Subscription screen. Audit logs will be captured for all the activities from here.
  4. Changed the logging framework from log4net to Nlog.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Access Log report: Added ‘Access’ column to show Access Denied or Access Granted.
  2. Subscription Report: Added 2 new columns, one for Institution ID and one for Phone Number.

NEW FEATURES

  1. Export for Bulk records: Any export request beyond 10K will be saved in queue and user will receive the export link via email once it is ready. Event is also added in audit log.
  2. Touchless Registration:
    1. Added an expected out come as “None” under questionnaire. If user selects “None”, the member will always pass the questionnaire response.
    2. Option to enable comment box for each Question: User can enable the input comments option from questionnaire settings that will allow member to add additional comments with their answers.
  3. Subscription:
    1. Cancel Subscription – Super Admin can cancel the subscription for a user. This cancellation will be effective after the billing cycle will be over.
  4. Kronos Update Member: Added update member option under Kronos integration to sync only the member changes/updates.
  5. Slooce support for Chinese characters: User is able to send the Registration Notification SMS in Chinese characters through Portal.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Added advanced search in Subscription report to filter the data.
  2. Added advanced search in Audit log report. User can select the event type from drop down and search for the logs.
  3. Added the permissions for Manage Subscription screen. Users need to enable ‘Manage Subscription’ from user role to see this screen.
  4. Ad Sync- Edit option in Non-Ad attribute for user synced to portal.

Release 20.3.38-March 16 2021

NEW FEATURES

  1. Device Type: Added Device Type under device management. User can select InfinityX or SnapXT from the dropdown and add the same to the portal.
  2. Subscription:
    1. Downgrade Subscription- Super Admin can downgrade the plan for a user. This option is available under ‘Manage Subscription’ for superadmin.
    2. Cancel addon- User can cancel the recurring add-on subscription from the add-on summary.
  3. Communication Method: This option is available under accounts. User can choose the preferable communication method (SMS/Email) by selecting from here. *For preferred accounts by default the SMS will be unchecked. User has to select SMS option to continue sending it and the respective amount will be added to the invoice.
  4. Delete Inactive Member: User can select the option to delete inactive members (Under Accounts) and Inactive days(30/60/90) from the drop down. The job will check the request and complete the process.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. User can edit the non-AD synced fields for a member from edit member page.
  2. Made changes to send the invoice number, institution id, institution name and customer first and last name, and email fields in the transaction API to OnePay
  3. Bulk Delete verbiage update.

BUGS

Release 20.3.37-March 8 2021

NEW FEATURES

  1. Subscription plan upgrade based on Pro-rata basis: User can upgrade the plan and will be charged on pro-rata basis.
  2. Added audit logs for super admin for various events like extend trial, manage subscription add accounts etc.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Kronos image sync: User has ability to sync the member’s images along with other data.
  2. Time picker in reports: User can enter a time range instead of pulling the entire day records.
  3. Subscription:
    1. Payment failed email: Updated the failed email template with proper description of the item.
    2. Extend Trial: Extend trial to any specific plan will enforce the plan limits on user.
  4. Member Activity Report: Added ‘Access Id’ filter under advanced search.
  5. Time and Attendance Report: After check-in/check-out, if user punch or do the face scan again with in a minute time, it would not be considered as check-in/check-out. There should be a minimum 60 secs difference between two punches/scans.
  6. Auto Scheduler: Changed the dynamic functionality and added facility and location filter in auto scheduler.

BUGS

  1. User with insufficient privilege would not be able to add/edit/delete users.
  2. Fixed the ‘Yesterday’ date picker issue.
  3. User will ONLY be able to see registration reports for the facility and location he/she is assigned to.

  1. Language: Added languages to support multilingual flow for device settings and TR flow. User can select any language and configure the settings.
  2. Device Settings: Added option to select primary and configuration language under device settings.
    • Primary Language: It will be the primary/default language of the device.
    • Configuration Language: User can configure the setting in any configuration language available under configuration language dropdown.

  3. Touchless Registration: Added the option to configure the questionnaire in different configuration languages for wave devices. User can select any language from the dropdown and configure the questionnaire. At the device end user can switch to any language by waving the left hand and select a particular one through a right hand wave.

  1. Failed questionnaire Notification/email for Anonymous (Wave flow) – User can set the notification for anonymous, any failed answer will trigger the notification. This feature is supported in build 165 and above.
  2. Registration Workflow(s): Added the facility and location filter to list the workflows by facility and location.

  1. Device Settings: Changed the default value of scan type (under scan view) from quick to standard. This change is supported by build 165 and above.

Release 20.3.31-January 12 2021

NEW FEATURES

  1. Invoice History: User can see the invoice for any selected date. The date dropdown shows the all previous invoice date. This option also gives the ability to download the pdf invoice.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Edit time entries and Export in Time and Attendance report: This option requires the permission to be given from Role. Once done, user can edit the time entries in the report. The export option is also given as a part of this release.
  2. Active DateTime: This field let the user import (portal, sftp) or add members with an active datetime. User can mention the time he wants the member to be inactive. The exe will perform the action to inactive the members at the specified time.
  3. Visible in Form Options: User gets an option to make a field required or visible. Based on this selection it will be reflected in add/edit member screen.
  4. No feature option: All the users who have not paid will not be having access to any feature. They will see the pop up to upgrade, once done the features will be enabled based on the plan selection.
  5. Device Settings- Access Control: ‘Stop Access on High Temperature Scan’ – If this setting is enabled, the access control and time and attendance report entries can be restricted based on the selected logging mode.
  6. Invoice email template: Updated the invoice email template with invoice period and next billing date information.
  7. Removed pagination from member page.

NEW FEATURES

  1. Network Id: This field allows allows to input network/workstation/UPN ID for members and supports 11 alphanumeric characters. Added this in all below places-
    1. Form options

  2. Subscription Invoicing: The payment will be processed as soon as the user will enroll to any plan. Once the payment is made, the user will receive the invoice.
  3. Manage Gateway- Added Gateway Type (SnapXT terminal/Regular Gateway), Gateway ID and Azure key. If gateway is selected as SanpXT terminal then gateway id will be the respective device id which user can choose from the drop down options.
  4. Time and Attendance Report: This report gives the insight for all check in and check out entries for the members. User can see all the entries for any specific member in the nested table form.
  5. Proximity Details Report: Proximity Details Report shows the data received from the mesh gateway. User can select the member name, mesh name, date, distance and time window to get the proximity details.
  6. Device Settings: Sync Member Group- User can select the multiple groups to be synced at the device end from here. This option is available under Settings- Device settings- Sync member group.

ENHANCEMENTS

Subscription:

  • If user selects the annual billing, then the next renewal date will be after 13 months.
  • Any new sign up will have 30 days trial period.

Pagination at Member management: Added an info message to intimate the users about the maximum default count (20) on member page.

Kronos Integration: Optimized the import functionality. Based on the form options we are importing members from Kronos.

Security Update for Webhook: Implemented the HMAC security feature. In header we will send – hashed message as HMAC it includes UID (unique Id) + HMAC 256 Key (Secret). At the receiver end, one needs to validate against UID, secret and the message received.

This extra parameter we added for the security and it is optional for users.

Release 20.3.27-December  10 2020

NEW FEATURES

  1. Upgrade Subscription for Basic Access: If user chooses the Basic Access, all menu will be restricted except Dashboard, Temp Report and Device Management based on the plan.
  2. Mesh Gateway: Mesh gateways enable routing between different gateways. Through this option user can create a mesh of two gateways.
  3. Bulk Member Delete: This option allows user to delete the bulk member record for any active member types. This option is available at member page. If the member count is < 100, the members will be deleted after the user account password authentication. If the member count will be > 100 , it will log the request and members will be deleted at 12:00 AM EST.
  4. QR Open Link: Allows customer to create simple generic QR code with or without programmatic link. No validation will be performed with the database.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Pagination at Member management: The member page will load first 20 members record and on click of next it will show from 21-40 and so on till the last page.
  2. Added validation in Kronos integration for Company short name, API key, id, password.
  3. Added the Bulk member delete and default card addition events.
  4. Default card selection for payment has been added. User can choose and make any card as default payment card.
  5. Account will be locked after 5 failed attempts of login.

BUG FIXES

  1. Date picker issue for reports in IE browser.
  2. Fixed the duplication and inconsistency in questionnaire for registration report export.

NEW FEATURES

  1. Upgrade Subscription: Account owners have option to choose the plan as per their requirement and save their card details for the billing. Account owners will be charged as per the selected plan and usage.
  2. Manage Subscription: Account owner can see their plan details and billing details in here.
  3. Manage group: User can create the group and same can be assigned to a member from edit member screen.
  4. Account Owner: An existing account owner can make other user an account by clicking the check box called account owner under ‘Edit User’. The account owner will only be eligible to choose the plan for the cloud platform and to make the payments etc.
  5. Device Settings:
    1. Added print indicator for QR code users (Yes/No) and Print wave answers (Yes/No) under ‘Label Options’ in Printer Settings.
    2. Added Exit on negative outcome (Yes/No) under ‘Touchless Interaction’.
  6. Access Log Report: Access log Report includes the member records related to QR Code scan, RFID( which includes normal member scan and Kronos member RFID scanned data) and facial scan based on the Member match.

  1. Subscription Notification Email and trial period banner: Banner and send email pop up is shown in ‘All Access’ accounts to intimate about the upcoming subscription plans which all the institutions need to opt for. ****This is not applicable on Enterprise customers. ****
  2. Member count: Displaying the total member count on member page.
  3. Advanced Search in Member Activity Report: Added advanced search feature to filter the data based on First name, last name, email, mobile.

  1. Beacon assignment: User can choose the specific beacon type from drop down and enter the beacon id wrt to same. Beacon assignment is available in member management page under ‘Action’.

ENHANCEMENTS

 

  1. Advanced Search for members and reports (Temp, Registration, Check in)
    1. Added the accordion style for advanced search that allows user to find their required content very easily.
    2. Added additional fields (First name, Last name) to narrow down the search.
  2. Member Export template: Renamed the column name and order to keep Export template identical to Import Template.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Kronos Integration: UI and functionality enhancements.
    1. Added the color border and check box to notify that application is enabled. Punch in, punch out time is reflecting in Kronos employee time sheet.
  2. Verbiage change to ‘Link has expired’ for already used link.
  3. Device Audit history for Inactive devices: For inactive devices, user can see the device added date, inactivated date, app version and last ping date.

NEW FEATURES

  1. Push Commands: Device push commands are available under Device Management. Once the command is pushed or clicked from the command menu, the same will be executed on device side.
    **Requires Version upgrade of the application 3.3.124 and up
  2. Device Action Report: This report shows the history of all the commands performed at device side. All the responses will be registered and can be seen here.
  3. Communication Report: This report will show all the communication entries such as number of emails sent or failed, number of SMS sent or failed. User can also track the email address and phone number registered for the communication.
  4. Contact Tracing Report: User can see all the possible contacts and respective details such as last interaction time, interaction count, distance etc.
  5. Delete Device: This option helps user to delete any inactive device. If device is active, first user needs to inactive it and then it can be deleted.
  6. Gateway Management Setting: User can add the gateway id, location and other details under gateway settings for beacon based contact tracing.

ENHANCEMENTS

  1. Too Cold Temperature Read: If temperature read goes below 93.2 F or 34 C, it will be displayed as ‘Pass’ with an info icon to show ‘The temperature was read below threshold. If you like more accurate reading, allow person to adjust to the room temperature for 10-15 minutes’.
